Orix India brings its users in India an app for using its car rental services.
ORIX Auto Infrastructure Services Ltd (OAIS) was established in 1995 as a joint venture between ORIX Corporation, Japan (ORIX) and Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd (IL&FS), India. In December, 2011, it became a subsidiary of ORIX Corporation Japan with the aim of expanding its presence in the growing Indian market by leveraging the knowhow and expertise that ORIX offers worldwide. ORIX operates in India through two legal vehicles i.e. OAIS, the Operating Company and ORIX Leasing & Financial Services India Limited (OLFS), a Non-Banking Financial Company i.e. Loan Company, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of OAIS. OAIS and OLFS offer a bouquet of services including Leasing Solutions, Rent a Car, Employee Transportation Solutions and Mobility Solutions along with a capability to offer flexible financing solutions to meet the requirements of the Corporate Sector.Minor bug fixes
